1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pixel Sharing application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Application is an internal business tool intended solely for authorized members of our media buying team.

2. Description of Service

The Application provides an interface for managing Facebook Pixel sharing operations across Business Manager accounts via the Meta Graph API. Core features include:

• Viewing and selecting Pixels from connected Business Managers
• Bulk sharing of Pixels with partner Business Managers and Ad Accounts
• Managing and revoking Pixel access
• Creating new Pixels within owned Business Managers
• Operational logging and diagnostics

3. Access and Authorization

Access to the Application is restricted to authorized users only. Each user is assigned credentials by an administrator. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities conducted under their account
• Ensuring Facebook tokens they provide are properly authorized
• Operating within the permissions granted by their Business Manager

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose: managing Pixel sharing for legitimate media buying operations. Users shall not:

• Use the Application for unauthorized access to third-party Business Manager accounts
• Share or disclose access tokens to unauthorized parties
• Attempt to circumvent security controls or access restrictions
• Use the Application in violation of Meta Platform Terms or Developer Policies
• Redistribute, sublicense, or share the Application with external parties

5. Facebook Platform Compliance

The Application operates in compliance with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Users are additionally responsible for ensuring their use of the Application complies with these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Facebook API availability, rate limits, and policy changes are outside our control and may affect the Application's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to: Facebook account restrictions, API rate limiting, or changes to Meta Platform policies.

9. Termination

Access to the Application may be suspended or terminated by an administrator at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the user's stored data may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
